Fasteners

The principle

No anchors, no screws!

The basic principle of Schnabl fastening technology is that patented expansion elements are arranged on, where necessary, a split shaft. This special design creates a patented fastening element that can be inserted without a tool and with very little effort into a 6 mm drill hole and the fastening element under tension lands largely slip-free on the borehole wall, thus withstanding any load occurring in practice.

Schnabl products can withstand torque forces up to 40 kg. This is primarily because the expansion elements create a friction connection with the borehole wall, thereby enhancing the retention force with increasing load.

Benefits

Compared to traditional installation techniques, Schnabl clips will give you enhanced installation capacity with minimum effort.

The benefits of the Schnabl clips:

  • Multiple installation capacity: simply drill and fasten
  • Only one drill diameter (6 mm) for all Schnabl clips
  • Fastening elements for pipes and conduits, buried installations and plasterboard
  • Fastening on insulated ceilings and walls
  • Torque forces up to 40 kg
  • Warranty-proof: no rusting parts
  • Suitable for fitting in winter up to – 20 °C
  • Tested by the Institute for Plastics Technology
  • UV-stabilised and halogen-free
  • KEMA-tested

Using Schnabl clips provides installation capacity that is 3 times as high. The enhanced efficiency with Schnabl, even at 40 % more material, boosts the profit by up to 40 %.
